OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that "your time is our time" and all same day cancellations

and no shows will result in a $50 cancellation fee.

We Require 24hours notice if you need to change your appointment.

Once your appointment has been confirmed the day before by text or call,

if you cancel on the day of your appointment, a $50 cancellation fee must be paid before any furture treatment.  

All couples massages are to be paid in advance to secure bookings.

If a couple Massages is booked and cancelled on the same day, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged per person as a cancellation fee.

If you incur this $50 fee, it must be paid prior to your next appointment, or no further appointments will be made, no exceptions.  

If you need to change your appointment, we require at least 24hrs notice.
